• Account data: name, business name, email, mobile number, billing details (processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers).
• Customer communications: phone numbers, call metadata and message content exchanged between your customers and your business through the Service.
• Usage data: log-in events, IP addresses, device and browser information.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, generate AI replies on your behalf, send transactional email, bill you, prevent abuse and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We share data with providers that operate the Service: telephony and SMS (Twilio), AI model providers (Anthropic or OpenAI) for generating replies, payments (Stripe), and email delivery. They process data only on our instructions.

Text messaging

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active. You can export contacts or request deletion of your account and data at any time through support.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, secrets are encrypted at rest, and access is restricted and logged.
