Terms of Service

1. The service

Rebound provides missed-call text-back, AI-assisted SMS conversations, scheduling and related tools ("the Service") to businesses.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to bind your business.

3. Acceptable use

• You will only message people who have contacted you or consented to receive messages.
• You will not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or prohibited content (including SHAFT content, as defined by carriers).
• You will honor opt-out requests immediately. The Service enforces STOP keywords automatically.
• You are responsible for compliance with the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, state telemarketing laws and carrier 10DLC registration requirements.

4. AI assistant

The assistant is automated and can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing its configuration, and for the content of messages sent from your account. It is not a substitute for professional, legal or emergency services.

5. Billing

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Usage above the included allowance is billed as overage. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend service for non-payment.

6. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is." We rely on third-party carriers and providers and do not guarantee delivery of any message or call. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the platform's messaging reputation at risk.
